Meet other local Hand-Drummers who are interested creating community through the rich history of Africa and its people. Drum Circles are a great way to stay connected to our inner rhythms. Please join us with any drum you have or with your dancing feet! We would also welcome singers and griots! Stringed instruments and flutes. Come ALL to help create a healing African village here in Boston.

This is a drumming group that promotes women learning drumming by organizing drum workshops, drum circles, and drumming events. A core group of experienced women drummers, some from the Batucada Belles, a Brazilian drum group, play at social justice events. Opportunities to learn to drum, and opportunities to play at social justice events in the Boston Area will be promoted on this meetup.
